Buying Policy
Only seasonal, clean, and gently used items will be accepted (no holes, stains, pilly clothes, or broken, non-working items). Clothing items must be modern styles or traditional
A quote for the whole lot of acceptable items will be given to you (over the phone or in person).  You have the option to accept this total or choose to not sell the whole lot.

You will be given a quote once your items are gone through.  You have two options Option A. is you will be given roughly 50% of our selling price for these items.  25% of that total will be given to you in a check or cash and the other 25% will be given to you in store credit that you can use anytime within a year of issued credit.  (You may exchange this credit for 50% cash value of in-store credit.)  Option B. is 75% of the roughly 50% of your valued items that will be given to you in cash or check.  Example: We sell your items for $20. Option A. is $10, $5 in Cash and $5 In store credit.  Option B. would be $7.50 cash.

We would prefer that you have an appointment , but if this doesn't work for you you can drop off your items.  (see drop off policy for details)

High-end items that are "risky" investments will be consigned.  Our consignment percentage is 50%.

All buys are final.

We reserve the right to refuse to buy from anyone.

Drop Off Policy

Note: Due to popularity of our drop offs we will be taking between 24hrs to one week to process your items. We do the buys on a first come first served basis.  

Drop offs Mon-Fri during business hours.

Please call ahead to see if we are taking drop offs at the time.  We do not take drop offs during June, July and January and when we are too full. 

 

Only 2 laundry basket size containers or less, they can be in 2 tall kitchen bags. 

 

Seasonal items only.

 

Only gently used/new items are accepted.  No stains, holes, tears or pills.

 

We reserve the right to refuse any drop off.   We will refuse them if they do not meet any of the above conditions and you will be asked to make appointments in the future. 

 

You MUST pick up you items within 2 business days of our call saying that your items are done and we have a quote for you.  You must have an answering machine or be available for us to reach you.  

 

After 2 business days of your call, if you do not come to pick up your unwanted items, we will process your wanted items for sale and donate the unwanted items to the Salvation Army.  You can pick up your check at your convenience.

 

We may from time to time when our store is full, refuse to accept certain items or take appointments only.  Please call ahead and ask a sale associated what we are taking or you may have to be put on a call list.
